As our pieces are all custom-made and personalised, whether this is just in the size and metal selected or combined with a custom hand-engraving, we’re unable to offer refunds on completed orders.
To avoid any disappointment, please ensure you are completely satisfied with your fingerprint impressions or other personalisation before sending them to us. If you’d like to double-check the quality of your impressions or need any assistance, feel free to reach out to us at hello@etchoflondon.com.
If you believe your item is faulty upon arrival due to the delivery or otherwise, please contact me directly at hello@etchoflondon.com, and I’ll be happy to assist you.
Please note, Etch Digital Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the progress of your order. As soon as you have realised you'd like to cancel your order, get in touch with us immediately at hello@etchoflondon.com to see whether this is possible.
Please note, any refund may take up to 10 working days to process and clear.
