We’re committed to ensuring that your unique piece reaches you safely and efficiently, wherever you are in the world. Below is a detailed guide to our shipping process, including costs, estimated delivery times, and information on international duties and taxes.

Processing Time

  • Each piece is carefully handmade and personalised, requiring 7-10 working days to craft before dispatch.

  • During busy periods, such as the festive season, processing times may be slightly longer. If you’re ordering for a special occasion, we recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.95 - Delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £5.95 - Delivery within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

  • Special Delivery (Next Working Day by 1 pm): £8.50 - Guaranteed next working day delivery after dispatch.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide from the UK. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location.

Europe

  • Standard International Tracked: £12.00 - Delivery within 5-10 working days after dispatch.

  • Express Courier Service: £30.00 - Delivery within 2-4 working days after dispatch.

Please note that orders to the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations.

USA & Canada

  • Standard International Tracked: £15.00 - Delivery within 7-12 working days after dispatch.

  • Express Courier Service: £35.00 - Delivery within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Shipments to the US valued over $800 may incur customs duties. Canadian orders may be subject to GST, PST, and handling fees depending on the province.

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard International Tracked: £16.00 - Delivery within 7-12 working days after dispatch.

  • Express Courier Service: £38.00 - Delivery within 4-6 working days after dispatch.

Customs duties and taxes may apply, which are determined by your local customs office.

Rest of the World

  • Standard International Tracked: £18.00 - Delivery within 7-14 working days after dispatch.

  • Express Courier Service: £40.00 - Delivery within 5-7 working days after dispatch.

For all international destinations, please be aware that local customs authorities may apply duties and taxes to your order.

Duties and Taxes for International Orders

  • EU Customers: Since the UK is no longer part of the European Union, orders shipped to the EU may incur VAT, import duties, and handling fees. These charges vary by country and are the recipient's responsibility.

  • US Customers: Orders over $800 may be subject to import duties by US Customs.

  • Canada: Import taxes and handling charges may be applied depending on the province.

  • Rest of the World: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by destination and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

Etch of London is not responsible for any customs delays, duties, or taxes applied by your local authority.

Additional Information

  • Lost or Delayed Parcels: While we do our utmost to ensure timely delivery, delays due to customs or postal services are beyond our control. If your parcel is delayed, please contact us at hello@etchoflondon.com, and we’ll do our best to assist in getting your Etch order in your hands as soon as possible. 

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee we can retrieve lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses but please do get in touch at hello@etchoflondon.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
